FORMULAS:
1. Number of employees per location X per capita slip-and-fall cost / 360 days / 3 (Leamon and Murphy - 1995 study)
(This formula shows an estimate 1/3 reduction in
slip-and-fall accidents)
2. Estimated labor savings to be 20 minutes per
5 ft.(1.52m) of Sani-Floor. Savings is derived fron
not having to clean
mats, mop floor as often, and reduced end of shift
clean up. This number will vary from location to
location.
3. Estimated water savings to be 120 gallons (454
L) per 5 ft. (1.52m) of Sani-Floor. Savings is derived
from not having to hose off mats and less water being
used in cleaning up floor. (i.e. - larger drain to
flush cleaning water down and not having to mop as
often) This number will vary from location to location.
4. Estimated cleaning supplies to be $1.00 per 23
ft. (7.01m) of Sani-Floor.
5. Estimated each mat is 5 ft. (1.52m) in length.
6. Same as note #3.
