Basic Installation

New construction installation is easy and can be done by any capable plumber or contractor.

Sani-Floor® can also be designed into most slab-on-grade retro-fittings.

This high pressure system has no moving parts. The primary connections are a simple cold water supply and cold water drain.

Sani-Floor is available in 22″ (559mm), 30″ (762mm) and 36″ (914mm) widths. Installations can be end-to-end or side-by-side to accomodate virtually any length or width configuration.

Non-Slip Grates

Rugged fiberglass reinforced resin has a non-slip textured surface. Dramatically reducing slip and fall accidents reducing worker’s compensation and insurance costs.

Replaces rubber mats and the associated bad odors.

Liquids and debris fall through the grates into the basin below.

Floor stays dry and debris-free eliminating cross contamination.

Anti-fatigue design has an inherent flex feature which also provides stability and a secure walking surface.

Also available in red, yellow, grey and black.

Stainless Steel Strainer Tray

Easily lifts out for debris disposal.

Empty debris into any trash container.

Only filtered water and liquids pass into your drainage (grease trap) system. Solids are caught by the strainer tray.

Welded handles and durable design stands up to the tough foodservice environment.

Trays are 8″ (203mm) wide and in varying lengths to a maximum of 60″ (1524mm) long.

Water Saving Spray Nozzles

Automatic high pressure water nozzles blast debris off the basin sides and onto the filter tray. Floor is virtually self-cleaning.

Nozzles are spaced every 20″ (508mm) providing maximum cleaning.

It takes only seconds to washdown the basin. Washdown can be programmed on an hourly basis, as your operation demands. Water savings up to 75 percent versus cleaning rubber mats.

Manual push button system is also available.

Nozzles can be easily replaced if ever required.

Built in Drain

Water and other liquids are quickly eliminated through the floor drain into your drainage system.

Only filtered water and liquids pass into your drainage (grease trap) system. Solids are caught by the strainer tray.
